Hi folks! My name is Chris Kennedy, and I’m the principal broker at Mayfair Real Estate LLC. I am passionate about helping people like you to achieve more time and financial freedom through prudent real estate investments in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Real estate investing has been life changing for me and, because of that, I am almost fanatical about sharing what I do with anyone who will listen.
I began investing in 2009 by buying a foreclosed condo that we fixed up and rented. Since then our company has grown to operating a portfolio of more than $150MM in real estate investments in the South Florida market, from Miami to Palm Beach.
Our clients range from professional real estate investors (private equity fund managers, syndicators, etc.) to busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and professional athletes with capital to invest but no time or desire to actively manage property.
